Assets Department
According to Presidential Decree 47/96, the Department’s main areas of responsibility are the following:
The management of the mobile equipment of the university from the acceptance of goods until their sale. More specifically, the department keeps records of material and debits the material, carries out regular inventories by committees every two years, compares the inventory data and suggests measures for the reduction of any differences that may arise.
The department is also responsible for the recording and management of the university property and keeping of the relevant records.

Procurement Department
Main areas of responsibility:
Runs regular and ad-hoc public tenders for the following:
1. Procurements of mobile, immobile scientific or building equipment and consumables, books for the teaching of foreign languages, Periodicals, CD-ROMS, etc.
2. Commissioning services, Cleaning and Security Contracting, Insuring mobile equipment, immobiles and PCs, Leasing of assets, Organizing the transport of students for study visits – exercises, Contracting the employment of models for the Faculty of Fine Arts, Carrying out procedures until the signing of the contract, Drawing up a Single Programme for Procurements and sending the review information to the Ministry of Finance and Development, Selling out materials, Keeping the Records for those accountable for mobile equipment, Running the Storehouse for Stationary & Cleaning Materials.

Endowments Department
The Endowments Department, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2039/39 and the decrees already issued or to be issued in execution of this Law, is responsible for the verification and settlement of Endowments, Bequests and Donations received by AUTh. The Department uses these endowments, bequests and donations for the public benefit (scholarships, financial support, prize money for AUTh students or graduates and highschool students); it also handles all necessary issues in order to fulfill the charitable or public purpose requested by donors or provided for in wills.
