Secretariat Department

 The Department is responsible for the following: distributing correspondence, keeping the protocol and records, monitoring the absorption of relevant credit for surveys and works under way, collecting and checking the documents for expenditures and forwarding them for settlement to the relevant services, organizing the procedure for competitions and tenders, choosing the contractors for the specific works/projects or surveyors, collecting all necessary information and drawing up the proposals for the University Programme of Public Investment. Moreover, the Department is responsible for running the correspondence, keeping the protocol and records, keeping the minutes during the Technical Council meetings, monitoring the Public Investment projects, announcing public tenders and issuing reports for the approval of credit requests to the competent University service.
