Organization-Computerization Department
The Department’s responsibilities include the following: organizing and keeping at a satisfactory level the operability of computerized and non-computerized procedures. The Department also undertakes surveys for the University, either in the field of educational work or in administrative procedures. It supports the hardware and software applications used by the University. It handles problems concerning the expansion of computerization to all the services provided by the University. It seeks opportunities for adding new microcomputer or terminal facilities. It seeks to increase the available office automation software. It provides information and technical support to users of microcomputers concerning their technical capacity and the existence of software and packages. It tries to improve or modify computerized applications and develop new ones on all fields related to the administrative operation of the University.

Statistical Documentation Department
The Department is responsible for collecting, classifying, and analysing statistical data, drawing up statistical tables and diagrams, as well as processing statistical data on students, the total human force of the University and the various economic figures.
