University Clinics

  • The University Clinics of the Medical School are housed in the following city hospitals: AHEPA, Ippocrateio, Papanikolaou, Papageorgiou, G. Genimatas, and the Hospital of Skin and Venereal Diseases.
  • The Clinics of the School of Veterinary Medicine for the training of students and the treatment of sick animals. They are housed in facilities owned by the University covering an area of 1.6 hectares in Giannitson street, between the Old and the New Railway Stations.
  • The Animal Breeding and Treatment Station is located in Kolhiko in the area of Lagadas, 27 km from Thessaloniki, and is supervised by the School of Veterinary Medicine. In an area of 200 hectares donated to A.U.Th. by the Village Council of Kolhiko, the Uni, versity constructed the facilities used for the education and research activities of the School of Veterinary Medicine.
