The A.U.Th. Property Development and Management Company S.A.

The Aristotle University Property Development and Management Company was established in 1994 by the 349/94 presidential decree, which constitutes the statute by which it operates.

The Aim of the Company is:

The development and management of the property of the Aristotle University
The promotion of the proper management of the University's property in order to fully develop its potential

The property that the Company manages is granted at use by the decisions of the Senate of the University and its management is done according to the rules of the private economy and with the University's benefit as its prime concern.

The Company carries out the following activities:

Management and development of canteens, restaurants and and support of their cleaning services.
Production and reproduction of scientific publications of the Aristotle University and management of the intellectual property rights of these publications.
Aristotle University telecommunications and information network management.

According to the statute, the Company's funds are:

The percentage of the profits from the management of the property of the Aristotle University. In order to cover its running costs, the Company earns a certain percentage of the profits from the overall management of the property of the Aristotle University. The percentage is decided by the Senate of the University.
Donations, inheritance and allotments given to the Company.
The interest from the investment of the stock capital of the Company and its profits that derive from the materialization of its activities within the boundaries of the aims of its establishment.
The commission from the profits that derive from the development and management of the overall property funds of the Aristotle University .
