Legal Commission Secretariat
The Secretariat is responsible for handling the correspondence of the Commission, maintaining the register and keeping the archive up to date.
Key responsibilities of the Secretariat also include:
- keeping the minutes of the meetings of the Commission and a full record of every case that needs to be legally addressed,
- serving appeals and other legal documents,
- collecting, examining and distributing the relevant data to competent courts,
- typing legal documents, proposals, etc.
