Legal Commission Secretariat

  • The Secretariat is responsible for handling the correspondence of the Commission, maintaining the register and keeping the archive up to date.

    Key responsibilities of the Secretariat also include:

    • keeping the minutes of the meetings of the Commission and a full record of every case that needs to be legally addressed,
    • serving appeals and other legal documents,
    • collecting, examining and distributing the relevant data to competent courts,
    • typing legal documents, proposals, etc.
