Key responsibilities of the Department include:

• managing the mobile equipment used at the Aristotle University from the moment it is bought until it is sold again,
• keeping material records and conducting a census every two years, usually assigned to committees, comparing the data received and recommending measures to reduce the differences observed,
• recording and developing the property of the Aristotle University, and
• keeping the corresponding archive up to date.
