The Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Asset Development and Management Company (AUTh ADMC) was established in 1994 by Presidential Decree No. 349 (Government Gazette 186/07-11-1994) as a special legal entity governed by private law, in the form of a public limited company (S.A.), operating under private law and the applicable legislation on public limited companies.
The AUTh ADMC is administered by a seven-member Board of Directors, appointed by the AUTh Council of Administration, which also acts as the General Assembly of the Company (Law 4957/2022).

The AUTh ADMC is registered with the General Commercial Registry (GEMI) under No. 131721204000 and with the Registry of Public Limited Companies under No. 33651/105/Β/95/0014.
The purpose of the Company is the development and management of the assets of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki that are assigned to it by decision of the University Senate, as well as the promotion of their optimal management, for the benefit of the University.
To achieve its objectives, the AUTh ADMC carries out a wide range of activities, including in particular:
– Operation of cafeterias
– Production and distribution of AUTh commemorative items
– Operation of the Nursery School and Kindergarten “AUTh Children’s Center”
– Management of conference and event facilities
– Operation of a photocopying center and stationery shop
– Management of the AUTh University Camping Site in Kassandra (Chalkidiki)
Furthermore, by decision of the University Senate, the Company covers fixed operational expenses of AUTh, including maintenance and care works required to meet the needs of the Schools, Departments, and Units of the University.
The vision of the AUTh ADMC can be summarized as follows:
“Development of AUTh assets based on the following triptych:
– enhancement of added value
– broad dissemination of benefits
– strengthening the role of the AUTh ADMC and AUTh for the benefit of the university community and society.”
The AUTh ADMC operates in accordance with the principles of modern Corporate Governance, with emphasis on the pillars of Transparency, Accountability, Procedures, and Effectiveness, for the benefit of AUTh, the academic community, and its employees.
